Wow! This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in arguably the most beautiful and iconic part of Sydney. Take the ferry from Circular Quay to Manly and you will have arrived at the city's famous Northern Beaches. Just north of Manly is the suburb of Brookvale close to the famous surfing beaches of Freshwater, Curl Curl, Dee Why and Manly's own. This is a place close to my heart as my dad grew up here and I've got the best memories of spending time here as a kid and it is a really great place for a family to grow up. If you don't have a family, there's enough going on though to keep you happy. Including great beach side cafes and restaurants; an incredible coastline to explore, golf courses, cricket ovals, the Sea-Eagle footie team, cinemas, places of worship, cinemas, art galleries etc. Plus you're just a short ferry trip away from Sydney's CBD - one of the world's greatest ferry trips, passing the Opera house with the harbour bridge ahead of you.

There are multiple positions available in Outreach Assertive Service and the Early Psychosis Intervention Service.

The teams here cover community child & adolescent psychiatry in early psychosis (16-24 years) at the Brookvale centre and an innovative assertive outreach child & adolescent team at various locations in Northern Sydney. These teams are motivated, talented and experienced. They offer a broad variety of therapeutic community-based interventions for children, adolescents, youth and their families. The community team also has strong links with the major hospital in this part of town - RNS.
