Opportunity

 

As the Director of Medical Services, you'll enjoy a high profile role in the health service and community. You'll play an important leadership role driving clinical excellence and innovation across 4 hospital facilities.  You’ll work closely with the executive - the  General Manager and Executive Director to manage the medical services, grow and mentor teams, whilst providing  expert advice in resolving complex clinical, medico legal, ethical, and operational challenges.

Selection criteria 

 

  • We’re looking for a compassionate and driven leader.
  • Ideally you will have FACRRM or FRACGP or fellowship of another appropriate Australian specialist college. 
  • Applicants with AFRACMA or FRACMA will be highly regarded. 
  • Leadership experience in medical services, especially in rural settings.
  • A passion for building strong, high-performing teams.
  • A commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
