Role
Adult Inpatient Psychiatry.
- Close to Gold Coast, Brisbane, Byron Bay etc.
- Provide clinical leadership and specialist adult inpatient mental health care services across 2 sites in the beautiful Northern NSW region. One site is 30 mins from the Gold Coast in QLD.
- Reporting to the Clinical Director Mental Health Services you will participate in and lead a multidisciplinary team. You will undertake supervision, education and training of junior medical staff.
- Make the most of health information systems and review clinical documentation to improve care.
- Communicate and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to meet patient needs.
- Participate in clinical governance activities.

Requirements
- FRANZCP or equivalent gained in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada or South Africa.
- Experience in general adult inpatient psychiatry.
- Experience in clinical governance initiatives.
- Willingness to participate in internal teaching, education and research activities.
- Willingness to participate in on-call roster.
