This healthcare organisation is a major provider of health, community and aged care services across Victoria. Services include acute and subacute hospital care, aged care, mental health programs, specialist women’s healthcare, early parenting support, palliative care.
They have announced one of their hospitals will receive a major AUD$120million development doubling the capacity of the existing emergency department. The new ED will more than double treatment spaces, add 8 expedited bays, 7 consultation rooms, add 4 new resus bays, 16 short stay beds, 37 emergency care cubicles and an assessment room. Already AUD$120m has been spent on critical care units and services - including an 8 bed ICU and additional surgical capacity - at this hospital.

- Is either a FACEM, close to or an overseas trained specialist with equivalence to FACEM.
- Experience within a busy acute hospital setting.
- Good, solid experience in emergency medicine.
- Able to demonstrate high levels of professionalism & leadership skills.
- First class communication and team working skills.
