Selection criteria
As the ideal candidate, you’ll be a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (FRACMA), bringing proven success in executive-level clinical leadership across areas such as medical administration, workforce management, governance, ethics, and education. You’ll combine strategic oversight with operational excellence, demonstrating expertise in managing health finances and performance reporting systems.
Your leadership style will be grounded in a strong understanding of contemporary Australian health challenges, including rural healthcare priorities and be able to grasp NSW Health reform agendas. With exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, you’ll have the people and communication skills to be able to work collaboratively with senior clinicians and stakeholders to drive quality, safety, and efficiency.
You’ll also hold a current Australian driver’s licence and demonstrate a strong commitment to equity, ethical practice, diversity, workplace safety.
