Selection criteria includes but is not limited to the following:
You will
- hold FRANZCP or have equivalent overseas qualifications, trained in either Ireland, UK, NZ, South Africa, Canada, USA or if trained in Sri Lanka you will have worked 2 years in either Australia or NZ.
- Have held senior leadership posts in mental health services in the past.
- Be a first-class communicator.
- Be a proven motivator and leader of clinical teams.
- Have high level negotiation management and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience of working with financial budgets.
- Solid knowledge of quality management practices.
- Understand the political and socio-economic factors which can impact on mental health services.
