This team provides excellent community mental health care for young people with moderate to severe mental health issues, underpinned by evidence informed and therapeutic approaches.

Clinical Leadership in Complex and Diverse Care Settings

You'll be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality mental health care to young people and their families. This includes providing expert psychiatric assessments and evidence-based interventions for children and adolescents experiencing both acute crises and complex, non-acute mental health issues. This will mean collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive care plans across a range of community, hospital, and outreach settings. You will ensure care transitions and referral pathways are well-managed to support patient safety, continuity of care, and service responsiveness to clinical demand.
