Selection criteria
- FRACS or equivalent (if SIMG job is only open to those eligible for the substantial comparability pathway).
- if not FRACS , training completed in a comparable country of training (Ireland, UK, USA, Canada ) with at least 5 years consultant level experience.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability in surgery and patient care.
- Well-developed ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- First class communication skills.
